Cj Coccia, a good friend of mine growing up, worked at Inlet Charlie’s (ILC) in Edgewater, FL. This was the surf shop’s second (and mainland) location to their primary beach front location in New Smyrna Beach. In the summer months, the Edgewater shop was often slow usually leaving the shop and skatepark entirely to ourselves. One of these slow days resulted in this short montage aptly titled “day with matty.”
