I am sorry, but it seems that the page you’re looking for can’t be found or no longer exists. If you ask me, I’d say getting lost isn’t all that bad.
We all need to get lost at times—in some kind of way. Whether it’s physically, emotionally, psychologically, or even on the Internet.
The url or page you were looking for wasn’t found, but who really cares? Perhaps you spelt something wrong or maybe I simply moved or deleted that page. Regardless, I want to take a moment to encourage you to embrace the whimsical nature of getting lost.
Learn to free yourself. Roam the Internet with no direction other than following where ever clicking link after link takes you. Research any and every bit of strange information you come across.
Go for a walk and look for places you’ve never explored, even if that means going into a store you have no interest in. Explore your local library, and when you’re there don’t search for a specific section, just find an aisle and grab a book.
“If you only look where you expect things, you will always find what you expect.” —Scott Thorp, a past professor of mine during my time at SCAD
Getting lost is important. The ability to get lost is a forgotten and suppressed art form. Even if this is just a 404 page, let this be the start of allowing yourself to follow your curiosity.
If you were in fact looking for something specific of mine, perhaps an old article, then you can send me an email and I’ll do my best to hunt it down for you.
